Ballerina – 1850 Artisan Polish April PPU

Today I bring you the 1850 Artisan Polish contribution to the polish pickup’s April theme of Famous Works of Art.

If, by chance you aren’t acquainted with The Polish Pickup (PPU) it is a monthly collection where makers have a theme picked for them by the facebook group and they create custom polishes to match the theme. Upwards of 90+ indie makers participate and create polish and non-polish products.
In a new way of shopping the group branched out to include The Indie Pickup for non polish related items and now is going by The Pick-ups! This is making it a one stop shop experience for customers who want to pick up both types of products and have one set shipping fee.

The site has also now branched out to international shipping with an International site.

Available: April 5th | Price $12.50 | Cap: 100

Off to the Swatches!

This is Ballerina, and it is based on the many paintings and sculptures of the ballet by Edgar Degas, he dedicated approximately 1,500 paintings, monotypes, and drawings to the ballet, which are among the French artist’s most universally beloved artworks.
Ballerina is a delicate sheer pink with pink shimmers and gold flakes through out that give it a glowy look.
I used 3 coats and a glossy top coat, and if you want to keep in theme this would pair up nicely in a glowy french manicure.

As this is limited, make sure to add it to your wishlist before it sells out!
