Music City Beauty is releasing their Holiday collection on November 23rd at 10am CST. This collection has Thermals, Flakes, Holo and Shimmer! Everything you need to outfit yourself this holiday!
If you think that Music City Beauty sounds new to you, it is, but not really. Music City was formerly known as Smokey Mountain Lacquer, Kim the maker recently changed the name and rebranded. The Square bottles for this collection will be replaced by the more traditional round 15ml bottles, but the brushes will stay the same. I for one am glad these brushes are awesome to work with!
Let’s get into some swatches!
First up I have Countdown to 2019, a black jelly with holo micro glitters when cold and clear to black thermal with silver when warm.
Countdown reaches full opacity in 2 coats and dries to a textured finish, a matte or glossy topcoat will even everything out! This is perfect for those new years manis!
Priced at $11.50.

Next I have Winter’s Nip, a light(warm) to dark blue(cold) thermal with green to pink UCC flakies and holo.
Winter’s Nip reaches full opacity in 2-3 coats and dries to a matte finish. This color reminds me of a beautiful royal blue that goes well with all skin tones!
Priced at $11.50.

Next is Winter’s Blush, a gold salmon pink metallic with silver holo micro glitter through out. Winter’s Blush reaches full opacity in 2-3 coats and dries to a semi glossy finish. She goes well with your formal wear for holiday parties and even great with those green ugly Christmas sweaters.
Priced at $11.
Next is Harmony, a blackened green jelly with bronze to green UCC flakies and green holo micro glitter. Harmony reaches full opacity in 3 coats and dries to a semi matte finish.
This color reminds me of fresh evergreens, my daughter Harmoni also loves green, so I know she will try to steal this one from me!
Priced at $11.
Next is Ice Storm, a medium grey crelly with holo and purple and blue iridescent flakies. Ice Storm reaches full opacity in 3 coats and dries to a semi glossy finish.
This Ice Storm looks like a snow globe with it’s glowing UCC flakies, they are perfect in this formula. Grey is my neutral and I will wear this color everywhere!
Priced at $11.
Finally I have Jingle Juice, a mauve linear holo. Jingle Juice reaches full opacity in 1-2 coat and dries to a semi glossy finish.
I drank all the Jingle Juice (really I didn’t!), This holo is sooo pigmented that one coat should satisfy most users. I love how cheery and perfect for the season this is!
Priced at $11.
I am in love with every polish in this collection, don’t ask me which is my favorite because I can’t decide! Let me know in the comments which is your favorite!
The launch for the collection is November 23rd at 10am CST, Individual prices are listed above or get them all for $60.30.
