Changeling – Bee’s Knees Lacquer

I recently acquired both Changeling and Bitten by a Radioactive Shar Pei from Bee’s Knees and while I enjoyed them both separately I LOVE them together! I did a little layering action and I loved how it turned out. I am slowly starting to love red, which I never really did…oh well, more colors to my spectrum!

So let’s get to the swatches:

First I will show you Bitten by a Radioactive Shar Pei from the Deadpool 2 collection, this is a blood red crelly that reaches full opacity in 2 coats.

Shar Pei dries to a semi glossy finish and is all that a simple crelly dreams are made of! All crelly’s are smooshy and will give you some VNL.

Changeling is a mermaid green that changes to a bright red shimmer with iridescent flakes that shine yellow to green and I got it at Polish Con (White Plains).

I did swatch it on a stick and by itself it reaches full opacity in 3 coats. It looks like a green opally color, the pay off is when you layer it over other colors. As a matter of fact it is sold on BK site recommended over Nightflyers a navy creme.

Here it is with 1 coat over Shar Pei:

Like I said it looks great over red in my opinion!

I need to play with Changeling over other colors to see how well it behaves, but this first experiment went swimmingly!
