Takko Lacquer – Mystery Bag #1

Polish Con Purchase

While I was at Polish Con I had some responsibilities, I had a stamping demo I was doing and I was also working a table with a vendor. My eyes kept darting around the room and where I wanted to shop. I bought from the table I was working and then when a fellow staffer was going to the Takko table, I handed her some cash and asked for 2 mystery bags!

I knew that what came back would be great, and so here is mystery bag #1!

First I have Queen of Hearts and damn if she isn’t!!!

This candy apple red is a jelly base with red and gold flakies through out. She will reach full opacity in 2 coats and dries to a semi matte finish! Look how squishy it looks!

Next up is Full Metal, and just like the name this is all metal flakes not liquid metal polish.

It goes opaque in 2-3 coats, I used 2 and suggest a 3rd for longer nails. Full Metal is a gunmetal color and dries to a semi matte finish. Look at the bling you get in different light.DSC08925DSC08930DSC08926DSC08929

Finally I have Lavender Macaroon, this is a lavender crelly which presents very milky in the bottle, then you add the lavender flakies that look transparent and give the color more depth.

Lavender Macaroon will become opaque in 2 -3 coats, I used 3 and dries to a semi glossy finish.

Over all I am very happy with this bag, Full Metal is my least favorite of the bag since it’s a color I don’t gravitate towards, it is very fun and I may try it in some nail art…like a marble (Dry or Water).

Takko’s are hard to find so I am glad I have them and I have another bag to share with you so keep an eye out!
