Spring mani week rolls on and today I have a beautiful shimmah from a new company called Sassy Sauce Polish.
I wanted to start with reviewing the polish, since this is a new polish I am working with.

This is Polished Ice Cream from the debut collection. It’s a Pink leaning Lavender base with blue shimmer, silver holo flakes of various sizes and holo micro glitters.
The formula is thick going on, self levels after the second coat. The amount of glitters and flakes in this polish make it thick and it’s normal, though if yours is goopy and won’t self level then a thinner may be needed.
I applied 3 coats to the final look since I had some visible nail line with only 2 coats, a white indie will still require 2 coats over it to make it reach full opacity. I think the sponge on technique will also give this polish some nice dimension.
For my nail art I used the Born Pretty plate BP-L015 and used Polish my life Commando and Sassy Sauce Ruby Stamping polish.
Over all this polish reminds me of Cotton Candy and the blue shimmer loves to play with the light. I am really impressed by this color, it is currently on sale, so grab your’s now before it’s gone.
Come back tomorrow as I continue my spring nail art rotation.
