This week I have embarked on a nail art personal challenge of sorts, I’ve been inspired by many spring nail art postings. This is the first of my week long nail art review.
I call this river roses since the base of this polish is Lollipop Posse Lacquer’s contribution Spirit of the Kohaku River from the Polish Pickup Fandom’s Theme. It’s a beautiful ocean blue jelly with multi colored flakies.
I used a couple of stamping techniques with this mani. I recently got a few stamping polishes from Sassy Sauce Polish and I wanted to try them.
I did a double stamp with the platinum and ruby stamping sauces. I used my Born Pretty plate BP-L015 stamping plate for my index and middle fingers.
For my accent nail I used Plate BP-L001 to create a decal and filled the flowers with:
- Vapid Resting Bitch Face
- Great Lakes Lacquer Ohana
- Lavish Lacquer Bahamas
Once applied I then stamped over it with the same stamp using the Platinum Stamping Sauce.
Join me this week as I continue my spring nail art rotation.
Subscribe to my blog in order to keep up to date with my ramblings reviews, I am also on Instagram and Facebook, like or follow me to see swatches and nailart daily.
