The difference a year makes!

So, it’s a little bit past my Bloggerversary, I posted my very first post on this blog October 16, 2016. I looked through my post and see how much I have grown and learned along the way. I started this blog to work on my love of nail art and to stop buying polish without a purpose, now every time I buy a polish I have specific nail art in mind and all my polishes have a purpose, I started buying more indies and fully immersed myself in the nail community.

Looking through my posts I found I unwittingly used the same inspiration for a mani this year as I did last year, oddly enough I posted them around the same time a year apart!

I learned better hand posing and the importance of cuticle oil, sauce and care.

I discovered Macro shotting and it changed my life!

I learned about lighting (still learning and adapting)

I learned the importance of a clean up brush, liquid latex and pure acetone.

I even learned about glow in dark polishes!!!!

Looking at my mani from last year and now I feel like a different person. I learned by trial and error, by listening to knowledgable ladies and using products that have changed my nail life.

Thank you for being on this journey with me!

Thanks for reading!
